Here's Our 12-Week Roadmap For Your Successful Launch

You are getting SUPER clear on your business idea, brainstorming possibilities for your first offer and selecting one to pursue further. You are going to use your skills, your passions and what your ideal clients want to select that offer. If you already have an idea, you're going to spend time validating that idea to see if it would be a viable option for your business.

You are creating an attractive lead magnet that begins bringing your ideal clients to you. You are also automating it so it begins generating leads on autopilot for your business. You will learn the tech skills needed to launch your lead magnet with success.

You are setting up social media accounts with consistent branding and messaging across all platforms you plan to use. If they are already set up, you will audit them for brand and messaging consistency. The social media accounts we'll primarily focus on are Facebook and Instagram. You will also create a YouTube Channel if one doesn’t already exist.

You are creating nurturing content for your ideal clients on your email list and social media. You are creating valuable content that will speak to their immediate wants. You will set up your email marketing platform and outline your emails for the next few weeks.

You are crafting a magnetic offer, an offer that makes your ideal clients say YES! as soon as they see it because you are super clear on the problem you're solving for them. You understand their pain points and their deep desires and have the perfect solution for them. You will outline your program and identify what bonuses and upsells you will include in your offer to help your ideal clients get great results.

You are building your sales funnel. This is where you are creating the sales page, upsell pages and confirmation pages that are needed for your funnel and any automated messages that will be delivered once your clients purchase your offer. Once this is set up correctly, it can become your money machine that will generate revenue for many years to come.

You launch your offer and open cart for purchasing. During your launch window, you will passionately share your offer with everyone on your email list and social media. You will also seek opportunities to connect with other people’s networks so that your offer reaches as many people as possible.

You will create content for your program including workbooks, slide presentations and any other resources that you will be sharing during your program. If it’s a multiple week program, you will create content for the first 2 weeks and a detailed outline of the rest.

You will create additional promotional content and passionately promote your offer to your entire network.

You will deliver your program and your clients will get great results. If it's a multiple week program, this will be week one of your program. If it’s a one, two or five day program, this is the week when you will deliver it or some version of it.

You will do a retrospective where you look at what went well, what didn't go well and what you can do differently going forward. The intention for this week is to reflect on your entire experience and see how you can optimize it further for the next round. You're bringing all of your learning forward.

You will either craft a new offer for your next program, relaunch the same program or convert it to Evergreen so that it automatically brings you revenue for many years to come.
