You are getting SUPER clear on your business idea, brainstorming possibilities for your first offer and selecting one to pursue further. You are going to use your skills, your passions and what your ideal clients want to select that offer. If you already have an idea, you're going to spend time validating that idea to see if it would be a viable option for your business.
You are creating an attractive lead magnet that begins bringing your ideal clients to you. You are also automating it so it begins generating leads on autopilot for your business. You will learn the tech skills needed to launch your lead magnet with success.
You are setting up social media accounts with consistent branding and messaging across all platforms you plan to use. If they are already set up, you will audit them for brand and messaging consistency. The social media accounts we'll primarily focus on are Facebook and Instagram. You will also create a YouTube Channel if one doesn’t already exist.
You are creating nurturing content for your ideal clients on your email list and social media. You are creating valuable content that will speak to their immediate wants. You will set up your email marketing platform and outline your emails for the next few weeks.
You are crafting a magnetic offer, an offer that makes your ideal clients say YES! as soon as they see it because you are super clear on the problem you're solving for them. You understand their pain points and their deep desires and have the perfect solution for them. You will outline your program and identify what bonuses and upsells you will include in your offer to help your ideal clients get great results.
You are building your sales funnel. This is where you are creating the sales page, upsell pages and confirmation pages that are needed for your funnel and any automated messages that will be delivered once your clients purchase your offer. Once this is set up correctly, it can become your money machine that will generate revenue for many years to come.
You launch your offer and open cart for purchasing. During your launch window, you will passionately share your offer with everyone on your email list and social media. You will also seek opportunities to connect with other people’s networks so that your offer reaches as many people as possible.
You will create content for your program including workbooks, slide presentations and any other resources that you will be sharing during your program. If it’s a multiple week program, you will create content for the first 2 weeks and a detailed outline of the rest.
You will create additional promotional content and passionately promote your offer to your entire network.
You will deliver your program and your clients will get great results. If it's a multiple week program, this will be week one of your program. If it’s a one, two or five day program, this is the week when you will deliver it or some version of it.
You will do a retrospective where you look at what went well, what didn't go well and what you can do differently going forward. I am Timmie Mirza.
I am the Founder & CEO of Simplify One Thing.
Just like you, I am a multi-passionate human being who initially struggled with figuring out an optimal business idea, the one that creates massive positive impact in the world and is also profitable.
While building tech solutions in corporate America, I knew that I was meant for more. I kept dismissing my desires. I kept feeling scared of leaving a stable job I loved that also paid well.
The courageous question I had to ask myself was, "can I say yes to MY dreams?"
A little voice in my head said, "if not now, then when?"
It felt that there will never be a convenient time to pursue my dreams. I just had to step up and say YES to me.
Well, the rest is history!
I launched my Tech Coaching & Consulting practice in December 2021 and tripled my income in the first year of business.
Things started to fall into place for me, when my mindset shifted to becoming more expansive and intentional:
- Instead of shrinking, I kept asking empowering questions.
- Instead of hiding, I kept investing in my professional growth so I could show up more confidently.
- Instead of saying no, I wholeheartedly started saying yes to every dream my heart desired.

Who is this mastermind for?
Online coaches who have been dreaming of launching their online business and don't know where to begin. It all starts with clarifying your idea and making your first offer and we are here to help you every step of the way.
How often will the live sessions occur?
There will be two live sessions hosted once a week for 12 weeks, mastermind sessions and tech training sessions.
The mastermind sessions will be hosted once a week on Tuesday mornings at 8pm EST. The purpose of these sessions is to clarify your vision and make decisions.
The tech training sessions will be hosted once a week on Wednesday mornings at 8pm EST. The purpose of these sessions is to learn how to create digital assets, setup your marketing and sales funnels and deliver your programs.
If I can't make it to these sessions live, will I have access to the replays?
Yes, the replays will be available the same day along with a summary of the session and your action items.
What tech platform do you use and recommend?
I'm so glad you asked! After learning and building solutions on multiple platforms, we've created a customized solution called One Tech Coach, which is an all in one platform built on GoHighLevel. This is our platform of choice and what we recommend to all our coaching clients.
What type of tech support will be provided?
In addition to having access to a comprehensive knowledge base and tech training replays, you can live chat with our tech support team or request a zoom meeting to get immediate support. You receive priority tech support, email support and Voxer support (2x/week).
Can I get a refund?
